The latest in our single hop series features a new Australian variety that made a strong impression on the local scene in 2020 (originally un-named and referred to by its code “029”) with a mixed pack from the grower showing it’s diversity in a range of beer styles. With prominent mandarin zest as well as passionfruit and pine needles we knew it would work a treat in Juicy. And when we smelt our first bag of the new season (2021) crop we knew we had to do it sooner rather than later – it’s a belter!
