On skins for 2 weeks, pressed to tank and bottled after 6 months. 
Bright, fresh and lively with lots of crunchy fruit. Very easy drinking and perfect to open with a group of friends in the sun. Would be great with salumi, antipasto or anything salty. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
