Crafted from 9 day skin contact Chardonnay (67%) co-fermented with 48 hour skin contact Pinot Gris (33%) grown at Bulong Estate, a vineyard that sits on grey loamy clay overlying siltstone soil in the Yarra Junction region of the Yarra Valley.

Aromas of strawberries, gummy bears, musk, fruit pastels and fairy floss with flavours of red apples, pink grapefruit, pomegranate, red currants and fruit tingles.
