Crafted from 10 day skin contact Pinot Gris grown at Bulong Estate, a 23yo vineyard that sits on grey loamy clay overlying siltstone soil and is positioned in a shallow, protected valley in the Yarra Junction region of the Yarra Valley.

Aromas of watermelon, fruit punch and sour cherry with flavours of ruby red grapefruit, blood orange, raspberries and strawberry daiquiri.

Named after the epic acid tune by one of the kings, Josh Wink, this wine has depth, layers, palate weight and complexity.
