Verdelho for a day on skins, sauvignon blanc for five days, mixed up together, made into a textural, interesting white wine. Pungent, green herb, grassy and passionfruit/stone fruit fruitiness to sniff on. Juicy in the palate with a skid of chalky tannins. Juice box feel, kids Poppas of tropical fruits, but with more spice and kinda funner. This will be a winner come warmer days. Party white.
