This single malt whisky was handcrafted from grain to glass by us, in our Yackandandah distillery.

Crafted from a mash bill of 100%Australian malted barley from the Riverina region, we slow-ferment using a combination of speciality brewers and distillers' yeasts and twice distil in our copper pot still.

Matured in ex-Apera casks, this is a distinctive Australian single malt whisky. Balanced and rich, with notes of butterscotch, burnt honey, green apple and cinnamon.

Malt profile: 50% Atlas pale malt, 40% Veloria schooner malt, 10% Voodoo schooner malt

Cask: French Oak, ex-Apera
