Japanese Style Rice Lager. We really pushed the envelope with how crisp & light we could make this beer but still keep it interesting. Using a lean malt bill made up of 40% Flaked riced & pilsner malt giving a super lean base for extreme drinkability & crispness. Then a sprinkle of Noble Hops giving a sake like bouquet of light pear & melon that quickly step aside for a tight & snappy finish. Drink Cold from the Can & enjoy.
