Our latest Barrel Farm release is a delicate sour ale, built with pale, wheat & rye malts and local sea water added to the boil.  The fruity additions of fresh papaya and handpicked grapefruits (from our brewers' mum's backyard at the foothills of the Grampians) provides balanced tropical fruit & citrus peel notes.  With a pinkish hue and subtle spice, it is delightfully dry, with a light salty finish.
