Last year we tucked away some of our celebrated collaboration with long term partners in crime LS Merchants. We went big on the bright fruit character in Shiravignon and the beautiful oak and light vanillin flavours from ageing in wine barrels for twelve months complement the bold earthy berry beautifully. This sour ale is perfectly balanced between fruity tartness and succulent juiciness, with a little more complexity than our old favourite.
