Aunty Marg sour looks to the Oaxaca region of Mexico, the home of Mezcal. Using a truck ton of grapefruit, combined with alluring pink Murray River salt we create the tangy feel of a mouthmatering of a margarita. A touch of smoked red gum malt from our mates at Voyager adds the trademark Mezcal charred savouriness. Balanced, tangy, exotic and after a few they're probably not a bad basis for a embellished story...just like old Aunty Marg.
