We've taken inspiration from Candied Bakery's much loved Key Lime Pie to help celebrate local legends and Footscray favourite Mr West's 4^th birthday. Plans Gone Sour explodes with sweet lime, a creamy mouth feel and hints of ginger over a biscuity malt base. 

Here's to the birthday you had to cancel and the wedding you couldn't attend. For the party planners among us who dreamed big, stocked the fridge, baked the cake... and when it all turned sour said, "to hell with it, I'm having the party by myself".
