This lip-puckering Berliner Weisse was fermented in pre-loved oak barrels and aged for 3 months, before sitting on Animus Distillery spent Davidson Plums from their 2022 batch of Davidsonia Gin to impart colour and flavour.


This collaboration with Animus was about turning waste into taste, highlighting in an
industry of pleasure, that we owe it to the planet to get the most out of every ingredient.
