Mind Block builds upon our last Sabro heavy DDH IPA (Brain Fog ?‍?️) to deliver even more stonefruit depth. If you're not a fan of the coconut aspect of Sabro, you're in luck! By carefully monitoring the hop addition cold side, we were able to push the balance towards what Mike describes as peaches & cream.
