The cosy scent of campfire smoke drifting down to Bright inspired our German-style Rauchbier.

To craft this full flavoured and hearty smoked beer, our brewers used a blend of Australian Mountain Ash, Red Gum and German Beechwood malt to give this iconic beer a warm, malty flavour and a delicious barbecue aroma.

Brewer’s Notes: An amber ale brewed with a blend of smoked malts, including some Australian native wood smoked malts. Pours amber with a dense head. Aroma of barbecue and campfire back by sweet maltiness. Full-bodied with more smoked meat flavours, with a sweet finish.
