Edge Kurrajong Native Imperial Stout
These flavours are derived from malt and enhanced by kurrajong seed. Native to eastern Australia this “bush tucker plant” was widely used by aboriginal people and european settlers for it’s taste and nutrition. To bring out the seeds nutty, coffee flavours, we roast, crush and cold infuse. A restrained use of Australian hops ensures the kurrajong shines with a small amount of oats deliver a silky, smooth body. Age me or drink me at cellar temp.
