This beer pours a deep copper brown colour. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee lifts from the glass as the light roast/coffee flavour carries through the palate along with noted of dark chocolate and stewed raisins. Fermented cool using larger yeast and cold conditioned for a month, this beer is super clean and crisp yet offset by a fullness from the higher finishing gravity.
