Belgian Dark Ale 7.1%

Going fresh into cans this Wednesday. Brewed with 100% voyager craft malts and a touch of Belgian candi sugar. It pours a dark brown colour with dark fruit, burnt sugar, citrus esters, clove, a touch of banana, in what ends up being a surprisingly dry beer. Just to amp it up even more we threw a bit of raw cacao nibs in the kettle and just a bit of cherry into the fermenter.

It's going to be a good Christmas night!
