Brewed with 100% @voyager_craft_malt organic Pilsner malt. Sourced from a regenerative farm in Coleambally, this malt is made in the traditional slightly under-modified European style. Then we used only traditional German hops in the kettle to balance the malt with a crisp bitter finish. Oak aged in white wine barrels for 4 months we then carefully blended back with a small percentage of fresh beer and very lightly dryhopped and conditioned for a further 4 weeks. Packaged unfiltered, the beer has a robust body, slight acidity, and a hint of toasted oak character, with layers of honey, a touch of malty sweetness and slight wisps of white wine. Refreshing, elegant & refined.
