We brewed a Japanese Rice Lager with German Pilsner malt and over 30% rice for a light, dry body and satisfying mouthfeel.

German Saaz hops add a delicate bitterness and herbal note, while New Zealand Motueka adds a hint of citrus zest. 

Fermented cold and lagered for crispiness, this beer is balanced and refreshing.
