In this reimagining of a Hop Nation favourite, locally foraged saltbush, Mornington Peninsula seawater and oyster shells from our old neighbours, Tim & Terry's, make for a strong foundation. A unique malt blend creates a complex, smooth stout, while Willamette, Anathum and Loral hops add structure and depth. Dark, dry and slightly salty.
