Here we have Pinot — a beautiful blend of our double-distilled cane spirit, steeped over local pinot grapes. To be sipped neat, savoured over ice or mixed up with soda. If cocktails are more your thing, try it in a Pinot Mojito, Pinot Fizz, or Jimmy’s favourite, a Pinot Sour with a sprig of rosemary.
