This beer is the culmination of micro experiments into the timing and specific temperature of our dry hop additions attempting to increase haze stability whilst intensifying the juicy fruit character of hops and reducing earthy notes.

Citra, Centennial and Motueka hops added at precise temperatures and times provide a full array of citrus notes from a base of oranges and mandarin to top notes of grapefruit and lime. We can only hope that our personality develops to be as balanced and light yet complex as this beer.
