Dojo Master is a secretive martial arts master who taught at a hidden dojo (a place where students come together to practice) on an island near the Southern Air Temple during the late Hundred Year War.

He is very similar to our head of our limited program brewer, Boogie, in that he is also known as a master instructor or teacher of teachers and, while he could give you a bisento lesson, consider this Boogie's masterclass on Black IPAs.

Pouring rich, dark and opaque, a small amount of dark malts add just the right amount of bitterness, balanced by a biscuity, caramel twist from specialty malts.
