Froth Technologies has been producing exciting craft yeast throughout New Zealand since 2019, now it’s finally making it’s way to Australia and we’ve been given the opportunity to experiment with some strains. To showcase what each yeast can do, we've brewed two identical beers in terms of water profile, malt bill and hop profile, but changed up the yeast on each.

Jocks features Rudeboy (FT21) and with a dry hop addition of a highly elusive, hop - HBC 1019 from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops.

The combination creates a unique flavour profile of oranges, lime milkshake and a hint of
honeydew melon that's best enjoyed whilst sitting in your socks and jocks.
