Cake Walk is a triple fruited imperial pastry gose brewed with our pals from the mighty Kapiti Coast of NZ, Duncan's Brewing for the inaugural Trans-Tasman Collaborational 2022.

Slapped up with a truly mean dose of mango, banana, and dragonfruit, topped off with a dusting of NZ sea salt. Choice!

Winning People's Choice at Carwyn Cellars' launch tap takeover, we're stoked to share this collab brew! Released on both sides of the ditch, the Duncan's team got us in touch with their fruit supplier in NZ and we actually imported the same fruit over to Sydney so we could get the recipe as close to each other's as possible. One catch though - they fermented out on their fruit (as is their process) and we added all of ours post-fermentation (as is our process). Both are extraordinary renditions of the same beer while keeping each brewery's approach to fruit intact.
