He's travelled across to the Limetone Coast of SA for this Chardonnay, sourcing from vineyards in Coonawarra and Mount Gambier. This is expertly made, textbook Chardonnay; licks of toasty oak and vanilla interplay perfectly with the fleshy stonefruit, lime zest and salty minerality - this is calling out for soft cheeses, fresh pastas, or juicy roast chicken... or anything you can enjoy on the deck in the sun.
