Caught In The Rain is a brand new Imperial Sour with pineapple and coconut. As you may have guessed from the name, we were definitely heading towards Pina Colada vibes for this one and we're pretty jazzed with how it turned out! Creamy coconut mixes with slightly sweet and tart pineapple to produce a smooth and full bodied sour. The coconut and sweetness slide in on the front of the palate before a welcome acidity cuts through on the finish to freshen things up. Way too easy to drink and perfect for sipping on in the sunshine.
