Island Time is a brand new California style Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Centennial and Mosaic. In this style we're chasing an extremely drinkable and sessionable pale that is clean, lean and beautifully hoppy. We get all of that and more with stunning notes of tangerine, orange blossom and a hint of ripe berries. The colour is a magnificent clear pale yellow that glows brilliantly in the sunshine.
