Sign Of The Times is a brand new DIPA. For the first time in a Range DIPA, we are showcasing Nelson Sauvin hops, alongside our great friends Citra and Citra Cryo. This beer is incredibly vibrant in colour, aroma and flavour. We get bursting aromas of fresh passionfruit and melon from an early Citra addition, that transforms beautifully into flavours of orange, gooseberry, lychee and that distinctive light grape wine characteristic that is so often found in Kiwi hops. The flavours are tremendously punchy and sticky but delivered in smooth layers of enjoyment. One of our favourite DIPAs to date!
