Suburban Dream is brand new double dry-hopped pale ale which we have brewed in collaboration with our great pals from The Woods in Brisbane. We wanted to create a perfectly drinkable springtime pale, laced with juicy citrus notes. After a lengthy hop analysis session we decided on Galaxy, El Dorado and Cashmere. The colour is a vibrant yellowy gold, with a deep and glowing haze. On the nose expect to be smacked with succulent tangerine, pineapple and passionfruit, while juicy and fleshy mango and bubblegum come through on the palate. Supremely drinkable with plenty of glorious hop notes shining through.
