Virtual Assistant is a brand new triple dry-hopped IPA that Mr Clippy has helped us out with. We have assaulted it with an insane volume of Citra Incognito, HBC 586, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Pacifica. We're glad we let Mr Clippy help us with this one because it is an absolute hop stunner. The colour is a gorgeous light yellow, with the ultimate milky haze thanks to a good helping of adjuncts in the malt bill, plus the insane hop volume. On the nose, the kiwi hops dominate the aromas giving off plenty of white wine and bright and zippy grape notes along with some lemon citrus freshness. Take a sip and you'll be hit with a drippy and saturating mouthfeel that brings through complex waves of sticky mango, pink grapefruit, fresh cut orange, lychee and a hit of melon. Our pro tip is to drink it slow and let it warm and you'll unlock more and more layers of complexity. A true hop lovers dream - thanks Clippy!
