What Lies Ahead is a brand new double dry-hopped California IPA that we've brewed in collaboration with the homies from Future Brewing as part of our Postcards From Sydney series. We've let rip on this crispy Cali IPA with a double dose of Riwaka, Krush and Citra, plus a healthy dose of Mosaic Incognito. The first thing to note here is that this beer is super light in colour! Don't be alarmed we meant to make it this light, for a lean and crispy body that lets the hops shine and the crackery bitterness shine through. On the nose, we're getting stunning fresh riwaka oozing out, with passionfruit and hits of resin. On the palate, expect a lean body that still manages to carry an extremely saturating hop expression filled with zesty grapefruit and Riwaka resin upfront, with juicy notes of fresh orange and punchy passionfruit coming through late in the game.
