Without Doubt is a brand new IPA brewed with generous helpings of Mosaic LUPOMAX, Citra Cryo, Centennial and Citra. We've gone on a slightly different path with our malt bill for this batch of IPA though and gone extra hard on the oats, with well over half our mash being made up of malted and flaked oats. We're looking for a big, slick and creamy mouthfeel for the hops to slide in on and guess what, we've delivered. Early Mosaic brings notes of berry and soft papaya with Citra and Centennial coming through late with notes of juicy citrus, lychee and passionfruit. The finish is succulent and juicy with a tropical sweetness left on the palate
