Our Long Way Around Tinto is based on Swan valley Grenache blended with Syrah from Margaret River and Pinot Noir from Porongurup (plus a little Chenin to boot). These were all made separately in Margaret river and Porongurup, whole-berry processed, with three weeks on skins and maturation in puncheons for a few months. This was followed by larger format at home base until last month.

It’s always the same story — no additions, fining or filtration on any of our wines. Just grapes, the lunar cycle and strong self-belief.
