This release in Rodenbach's Evolved series was inspired by the popular Gueuze Saint George, which was discontinued in the 1970s. A blend of wheat beer, lambic, and saison brews aged for two years in a wooden barrel, this is light, fruity, and thirst-quenchingly sour, with notes of apple and peach.
