Honey Bush Braggot inspired by traditional methods of gathering and soaking the nectar-heavy blossoms in water for a nutritious drink made by First Nations people. Our version uses pure Banksia Serrata honey from our sweet friends at Tambo Valley Honey resulting in a toffee, caramel beer base with a deep floral character. We thank Uncle Noel & Trish Butler for entrusting us with this project and we pay our respects to ancestors and Elders, past and present of the lands in which we dream, learn and live.
