Inspired by the cult Italian Soda Chinotto and crafted in collaboration with the Bertoncello Bros of O.MY Restaurant and Farm. Chinotto Oranges from Mountain Yuzu cooked with farm honey and aromatics like Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and River Mint steeped for a month to build complexity and then brewed into a sweet & tangy malt base. This is the Dean Martin of beers, crooning the bittersweet notes of a Golden Era.
