This spritzy little number has aromas of apple, pear and funk.

The body is dry, light and refreshing, with tart lemon and herbal flavours. Fermented warm to enhance the farmhouse characteristics of the yeast, esters and spice dance across your tongue thanks to the high level of carbonation.

Traditional additions of Perle add a nice amount of bitterness, and Lemondrop hops in the whirlpool live up to their namesake with citrus and melon notes.
