Our tip of the sombrero to the classic Spanish drink. Some will remember Tinto de Verano from the time backpacking through Spain. In 2018, we recreated it with our own Shiraz Republic shiraz wine on tap at our cellar door and its popularity has led to it being packaged and shared around in a big way.

Tinto de Verano is a premixed Shiraz Spritzer. It’s made from our own Heathcote Shiraz, with a lemon spritz it has a refreshing acidity and pleasant sweetness. At 5% abv, it’s sessionable and moreish, keeping you coming back for more. Serve over ice, with a slice of lemon or drink straight from the can.
