Enigma is the beer that launched Sunday Road. So in 2021 to commemorate 5 years since the first batch of Enigma was brewed we put out a supersized version - which would be known as Bigger Enigma. So with our 7th Birthday fast approaching it was time to pay tribute again..

In hindsight, maybe we should have called it Double Enigma because that’s what it is - double the ABV at 8.8% and Double the IBU(60) using the same malt and hops bill in double quantities. As you’d expect, there’s plenty of Enigma hops for a balance of citrus and spice, rounded out with Falconer’s Flight and Galaxy for a pronounced bitterness.
