This sour and slightly salty Gose has been a dream beer of ours for some time. Featuring a wheat-heavy malt bill, coriander seed, no boil, and fermented with a very cool yeast strain. At the end of fermentation we blended this beer with absurd amounts of fresh squeezed watermelon juice. The ultimate quencher.
