A traditionally brewed German hefeweizen with a not so tradition twist. This 'Hef' has had some big additions of guava, lactose, and biscuit malt that when married together with phenolic esters of banana and cloves from the hefeweizen yeast, it creates flavours reminiscent of a slice of grandmas cheesecake that she used to make.
