Diamond Days is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we've cooked up for you folks that like 'em' sticky and with that dank resin kick. We've loaded it up with a hefty dry hop consisting of Chinook, Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, plus we hit it with a charge of Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool. We went particularly light on the malt bill, focusing on a strictly pilsner malt base that is crispy and snappy, and gives the beer a stunning pale yellow colour. On the nose, we're getting smacked around by wafts of pineapple and pine,  orange zest and a light but ever present dankness - just a little hey how are ya from the Nelson. Take a sip and you'll instantly be hit with a punch in the mouth sensation that is a collective effort from an upfront but balanced bitterness, paired with sticky, gooey hop notes. Plenty of pine, heaps of orange and grapefruit zest, a little side action of kiwi dank, all finished off with a warm hug that lets you know you're drinking a DIPA. On the finish.
