Pale Kush is a brand new DDH West Coast Pale Ale that we've brewed as the younger sibling to our West Coast Kush (West Coast IPA). We've scaled it down in ABV but left it right up there in hop intensity with additions of Citra, Chinook and Mosaic before finishing it off with Blackberry Kush Terpenes from Abstrax. We've gone for an ultra lean malt bill that pours light straw in colour and crystal clear in the glass. Popping aromas of blackberry and pine with flavours that follow. On the back end a whisper of that dank devils lettuce comes through with some pine and resin to really round out this sticky and saturating pale. It's the perfect balance of crushable yet impactful.
