Destemed Barbera from the lovely Corsini family in the King. 5 Days maceration before finishing ferment in large oak. Aging was half tank, half old wood. Probably the closest wine we’ve got to a rosé, but still in the light red camp. Watermelon juice and raspberry on show here, with a bit of orange rind tartness. – Dirty Black Denim
