Our Long awaited collab with esteemed NZ beer slingers Garage Project/Wild Workshop is a mixed fermentation farmhouse ale made with our house yeast and Wild Workshop’s culture. The inspiration was for us to focus on local native heroes - Lemon Myrtle for us and Kawakawa Leaf for NZ. Open fermented in french oak vats, then briefly barrel aged for a kiss of Oak! Expect refined flavours in this epic first collab!
