Designed in collaboration with Carwyn Cellars, Le Monstres Du Chateau is a project showcasing the true expression of barrel aging through 6 different and distinct barrels sourced 16,913kms away from our home in Bright.

Release #4 is aged in Caribbean rum barrels, showcasing the classic Caribbean flavour of coconut with subtle tropical rum-soaked fruit notes and sweetness. Much like the legendary Chupacabra who adorns Release #4, we invite you to sink your fangs in and enjoy this showcase of barrel aging excellence.

Deep notes of chocolate, rich dark anejo Rum & Italian aperitivo with light caramelized almonds and earthy notes in the background. Fruity esters like roast pineapple & raspberry jam. Finishes dry with lingering roasty bitterness.
