Brewer’s tasting notes: “A dominant IPA body creates the foundations for this beer, with a soft and sweet grapefruit punch coming through. The bitterness from the grapefruit rind complements the bitterness from the hops, a delicate balance to achieve when separating the rind from the pulp of the fruit. The idea was for this to be a beer first and foremost, with nuanced grapefruit elements, creating the perfect fruit driven IPA.” – Lewis Kerr
