Lockdown got you feeling hazy?

Experiment with something new! Brewed in partnership with Ellerslie Hops, Lockdown Haze features Salvo – a new hop extract that provides all aroma and no bitterness. We put Salvo to work by pairing the Centennial varietal with Amarillo and Sultana hops for an in-your-face aroma punch with low bitterness and a smooth finish.

Brewer’s Notes: A hazy IPA brewed with a brand new hop product called Salvo. This hop product is a de-bittered extract, meaning it is a concentrated hop oil with no bitterness, allowing us to make very hoppy, aromatic beers with very low bitterness. This recipe features the Centennial hop variety of Salvo, and is dry-hopped with Amarillo and Sultana hops for a juicy, tropical, and citrus fruit aroma and flavour.
