Organically farmed Grenache, Mourvedre, Malbec and Pinot Noir was hand-picked from vineyards in Margaret River and the Great Southern. All fruit was foot-stomped and wild-fermented. After just a couple of days of skin contact it was basket-pressed to stainless steel where it spent the next five months before bottling. The 2020 is the juiciest vintage yet, and perfect straight from the fridge.
